• glass
  Glass is a Dell server with a 3.2 GHz Pentium 4 processor, 2 GBs of RAM, and a 120 GB Serial ATA hard drive. It runs Windows Server 2003, MS SQL Server, and IIS 6.0. It serves as the department's Windows database server. It also allows students to create web sites using various Microsoft technologies.
• jupiter
  Jupiter is a Dell PowerEdge 4400 with dual gigahertz processors, a gigabyte of RAM, and 136GB of storage space. It runs Windows Server 2003 and acts as a domain controller and fileserver for the department.
• tim
  Departmental Mail server and web server, a Dell PowerEdge with dual Intel Dual Core Xeon 3.0Ghz processors and 4GB of memory. This machine runs Linux.
• turing
  Instructional server and student web server, a Dell PowerEdge with dual Intel Dual Core Xeon 3.2Ghz processors and 4GB of memory. This machine runs Linux.
• john
  Departmental server and facutly web server, a Dell PowerEdge with dual Intel Dual Core Xeon 3.0Ghz processors and 4GB of memory. This machine runs Linux.
